Job Description:
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with statutory and organisational standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and improve financial controls and processes within the organisation.
- Monitor key financial metrics and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide support during audits, liaising with external auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant:
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Professional experience of working within a high-volume workload Finance function.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Strong across all MS Office applications, with at least intermediate Excel skills.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
