Job Description
The key responsibilities for the CRM Manager role will include:
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems to ensure effective functionality. The CRM is built from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
- Develop and implement campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Identify and recommend system upgrades or changes to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
For the CRM Manager role, a successful candidate should have the below experience:* 3-4+ years experience in a CRM and/or marketing automation focused role.* Experience with common CRM platforms will be considered, including Hubspot, and MS Dynamics.* Experience working in a B2C or D2C industry is highly desirable.* Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data effectively.* Ability to collaborate with various teams to drive CRM initiatives.* Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.* Ability to work autonomously.* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
