Job Description
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Gather and document business requirements to support technology-driven projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Create detailed project documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
- Support testing and implementation phases to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a bridge between the Technology department and other business units.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
