They are looking for a Finance Officer to join them on a long term opportunity.


Job Description


As a Finance Officer, duties will include but are not limited to:



  • Manage day-to-day purchase ledger activities, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.

  • Carry out account reconciliations, journal postings, accruals and prepayments to support month-end financial processes.

  • Maintain accurate financial records across expenditure, utilities, property costs and other operational finance areas.

  • Monitor budgets and expenditure, investigating variances and assisting with financial reporting and forecasting.

  • Liaise with suppliers, utility providers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial information.

  • Support the continuous improvement of finance processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and efficient financial administration


The Successful Applicant


A successful Finance Officer should have:



  • A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges
