We are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a highly successful international organisation operating across multiple markets worldwide.
Job Description
Reporting to a European Finance Director, you will lead a small team and take responsibility for finance operations including:
- Leading month‑end and year‑end reporting activities.
- Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
- Producing management accounts and financial analysis.
- Overseeing payroll, tax and statutory compliance requirements.
- Supporting audits and ensuring robust financial controls.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
- Previous team management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a complex or international business environment.
- A proactive and hands‑on approach.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and finance tools.
- Experience with SOX is a strong advantage
What's on Offer

- Competitive salary of circa £60,000- £69,000.
