Job Description
- Manage and grow specification‑led sales across an assigned regional territory.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, M&E engineers, contractors, and end users.
- Specify products into public and commercial building projects.
- Track projects from early design stage through to installation and handover.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and installer partners.
- Deliver product presentations and technical training to customers and specifiers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and organise your territory strategically to maximise coverage and impact.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.
