Primarily, these roles will support the graphic design needs of the brand and marketing team as they develop marketing assets for the network of owned and operated and franchise venues.

They are on the hunt for true creatives, people who are equal parts ideas person and hands on maker. Someone who\’ll bring digital content and video/editing expertise and the passion and commitment to help they agency create truly compelling content on owned and earned channels: Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube etc, as well as be comfortable in more traditional marketing media such as print.

These graphic designers will also be required to contribute design ideas throughout the game\’s development phase and execution or supervision of the interim and final detailed games plans that are supplied to production and operating partners.

As such, they are looking for a graphic designer who also has an instinctive appreciation of the game-play experience from the customer\’s point of view.

The large number of venues globally, the complexity of games and the newness of the sector mean that managing the graphic design output is a complex and challenging role requiring not only design talent but also a highly organised and practical approach.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant- Please note, this isn\’t an entry level role, they are looking for a junior graphic designer who has at least 1-2 years commercial design experience working with clients-All-round graphic designer with passion for marketing-Experience in live entertainment/gaming/experiential sector preferable but passion will stand out if no direct experience.Technical:- Understanding of how to respond and contribute to a creative brief and with the creative interpretation of market and consumer insights with a clear aptitude for ideas.-Understanding of graphic design of entertainment marketing materials including POS, digital assets for website, social promotion and email marketing templates.-Skills in video/sound editing for both social media and in game as well as more conventional print techniques.-Ability to work with a brand identity across Brand, POS and Campaign developmentDesirable- Knowledge of web design & 3D- especially Blender–A good ability to hand draw & convert to digital is helpfulSoftware the agency uses:-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential; Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign Aftereffects, Premiere-3D for visuals presentations and modelling using Blender or SketchUp with Vrays. (not essential)
