    Job Description

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes and supplier relationships
  • Conduct variance analysis and monitor cost tracking across the business
  • Prepare and deliver supplier summaries and reporting for management review
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision‑making
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure compliance with reporting standards
  • Post monthly journals including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrable background in preparing monthly management accounts
  • Background in biotech, life sciences, or related industries desirable
