Job Description
The responsibilities of the Insurance and Risk Associate include:
- Establishing, implementing and monitoring standardised insurance processes across the group
- Procuring and managing corporate and asset insurance programmes globally
- Managing relationships with insurance brokers and overseeing renewals
- Reviewing contracts and policies to ensure insurance compliance and adequacy of cover
- Preparing insurance documentation, trackers and management presentations
- Handling insurance claims end-to-end
- Supporting group-wide risk management, including maintaining risk registers and frameworks
- Assisting with risk reporting to senior management and audit and risk committee
The Successful Applicant
The successful Insurance and Risk Associate has:
- 3-5 years' experience in insurance placement, monitoring and claims handling, or risk management
- Experience from the renewable energy or wider energy sector
- A highly detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A desire for a fast-paced, international environment and handles confidential information with professionalism
