Job Description
As a Customer Care Advisor you will be the first point of contact for clients providing support and guidance predominately over the telephone. The role will be assisting clients with a variety of queries; each call will be unique and will be discussing the appropriate legal services to best suit the clients' requirements. You will be building excellent relationships having consultative conversations and will deal with the clients' claim from start to finish ensuring they have the best journey and experience possible.
