Job Description
As HR Co-ordinator, you will;
- Provide administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems as needed.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing contracts and organising induction schedules.
- Help coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
- Respond to employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Co-ordinator should have:
- Previous experience in a human resources role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
What's on Offer
