Job Description Establish and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels of the organisation to build trust and high quality HR support Developing HR strategies and initiatives in line with business objectives and strategies Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively, whilst providing daily support for queries Lead and drive talent development and performance management processes Manage the payroll process Manage offers/contracts, compliance and HR data via Workday Manage benefits plan, drive the annual merit increase process, and compensation plans Provide guidance to leaders on performance management, retention, career coaching and succession planning Develop and update policies in like with UK legislation The Successful Applicant The successful HR Business Partner/Manager should have: Proven experience in a HR role, evidencing business partnering experience and a strong understanding across the employee lifecycle Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills, to support stakeholder relationships Proficiency in HR systems and software tools.
