Job Description
- Clean allocated rooms, shared areas and facilities to an agreed standard.
- Carry out routine cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and wiping surfaces.
- Maintain washroom areas so they remain clean, stocked and ready for use.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with site arrangements.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and store them securely after use.
- Report damaged equipment, low cleaning supplies and any issues found during cleaning.
- Follow cleaning schedules to ensure all assigned areas are completed on time.
- Help maintain clean, presentable facilities for staff, visitors and users of the site.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Cleaner' should have:
- The ability to complete cleaning tasks thoroughly and consistently.
- Confidence using standard cleaning equipment and materials safely.
- A practical approach to maintaining clean and orderly spaces.
