Job Description
- Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as the Lead Tarmac Supervisor.
- Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations.
- Build and manage your own team, including: Paver Drivers, Screwmen, Roller Drivers, Rake Hands, Labourers.
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.
- Deliver projects on time, within specification, and to company quality standards.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, and colleagues as the main Lead Tarmac Supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Tarmac Foreman should have: SSSTS, Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket.
- Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor / Lead Tarmac Supervisor.
- Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a skilled surfacing team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive and safety-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
