Job Description

- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive financial strategy and provide commercial insight to support the growth agenda
- Support and influence leadership on investment, scaling, and operational decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Analyse financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes and controls.
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee transactional finance, payroll, bookkeeping
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
