Job Description
- Advise managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of workplace issues.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide training and coaching to line managers on employee relations topics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee relations cases.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Previous experience handling employee relations matters within Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
