Job Description:
- Review, develop and implement strategies to optimise the transport operations covering processes, systems, and team.
- Manage and lead the transport team, ensuring clear communication and raising operational and financial performance.
- Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, specifically warehouse operations to meet/exceed client expectations.
- Build and develop reporting to aid efficient business decisions.
- Support investment decisions to build the national network.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in the development of a transport network.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and regulations.
