Job Description
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of HR systems to meet organisational needs.
- Be the Workday SME for the Business and lead the People Systems Teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, improvements, and data management.
- Analyse HR data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain system security standards.
- Lead the training and development of HR and wider teams on system functionalities.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR technology solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR Systems should have:
- Strong expertise in managing and implementing HR systems within a corporate setting.
- Extensive experience in Workday and other HR systems (Smart Recruiter, Npower).
- Proven ability to align HR technology with organisational objectives.
- Experience in analysing HR data to inform strategic decisions.
