The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the UK fit-out and refurbishment market. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and established industry networks. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the strategic expansion of our client's market presence.
Job Description- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial, retail, leisure, and public sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, project managers, and main contractors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender submissions in collaboration with estimating and design teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

- Achieve individual and company sales targets and report on pipeline performance.
- Proven experience in business development within the fit-out, construction, or interior refurbishment sector.
