Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review cash receipts and financial transactions to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and support performance improvements.
- Carry out daily treasury activities, including bank reconciliations, transaction processing, and cash allocations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to financial transactions and account balances.
- Monitor the full cash flow cycle, ensuring incoming funds are accurately received, allocated, reconciled, and reported.
- Manage payment collections through various payment methods, ensuring funds are received and allocated accurately.
- Maintain accurate payment records and support updates to customer account information where required.
- Oversee day-to-day banking activity, including transfers between accounts and reconciliation of transactions.
- Monitor automated treasury processes, investigate operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.

- Treasury, cashiering, banking, or transactional finance environments.
- Bank reconciliations and cash allocation.
