Job Description
- Respond to customer enquiries in German and English via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Process customer orders and manage any changes or updates efficiently.
- Organising delivery of goods for all orders and communicating with transport companies and warehouse team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage multiple orders and ensure deliveries are on time.
- Provide product information and support to customers as required.
- Handle complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in improving processes to enhance the customer service experience.
The Successful Applicant
A successful German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator should have:
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with sales order processing and experience using SAP.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
