The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to management within a Not For Profit organisation. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external clients.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within the charity sector.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.
  • An efficient approach to minute-taking, diary management, and administration.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
