About Our Client: We are working with a well-established corporate client in North Sheffield to recruit a dynamic Executive Assistant.
What you will be doing:
- Providing high-level EA support to three senior leaders
- Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and communications
- Handling finance-related admin including purchase ledger, invoice processing, and credit control
- Processing around 50 sales ledger invoices per month
- Acting as a trusted point of contact across the leadership team
What we are looking for:
- Proven EA experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives
- Comfortable with basic finance tasks and systems
- Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
- Able to thrive in a corporate, structured setting
- A natural multitasker who enjoys variety - no two days are the same
