About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage and oversee tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy to optimise organisational benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related queries and concerns.
- Prepare business stream forecasts and contribute to overall Market consolidation.
- Prepare & upload P&L, balance sheet, key figures, and FTE data.
- Complete monthly Sales and EBIT reviews, ensuring accurate reconciliations to meet tight deadlines.
- Produce month-end journals and management reports for the business stream.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tax efficiency.
- Assist with tax forecasting and reporting for financial planning purposes.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in tax management within a corporate environment.
- Experience in the life science or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate tax matters effectively to non-specialist stakeholders.
- A relevant professional qualification in tax or accountancy.
- Able to act as the Business Partner with the ability to deliver on the day to day tax requirements.
