You will drive the NPI process, plan resource, and manage design work across concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and adherence to specifications.
You will oversee development from design brief through production release, applying DFMA principles and ensuring data governance across CAD, BOM and PLM.
Strong leadership and industrial manufacturing experience are essential.
