I'm seeking an EMEA Payroll Manager looking for their next step in their career for a global, growing business. You will be responsible for multiple EMEA payroll entities and supporting more junior members of the team. Client Details Our Client Global business operating in most central European countries along side a large presence in North America 2000+ employees across the world Industry leader in the Technology space Base here in Berkshire – great hybrid working pattern More than 10 EMEA payrollsDescription EMEA Payroll Manager Manage, prepare and process multiple EMEA payrolls across the region Be the first point of contact for external vendors and dealing with external queries Payroll journals, assisting with internal and external audit Assist with payroll variation input for multiple countries – overtime, bonuses, deductions etc. Oversee the preparation of payroll-related reports Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiencyProfile A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have: Exposure to multiple countries across the EMEA Region – Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland etc. Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations – in country Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Proficiency in payroll software Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlin…
