Job Description
- Managing a varied caseload including purchases, sales, leasing and banking matters.
- Advising commercial and individual clients, ensuring technical excellence and practical, commercially-focused guidance.
- Drafting and negotiating missives, leases and wider commercial property documents.
- Handling title examination, reporting, registrations, LBTT returns and completions.
- Supporting business development through networking, client relationships and departmental initiatives.

- Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland.
- Technically strong with the ability to manage a varied and sometimes complex caseload.
