Job Description
- Develop and maintain accurate demand ecommerce forecasts using sales history, promotions, market trends and customer demand insights.
- Convert demand forecasts into purchasing and replenishment plans to ensure optimal stock availability while controlling inventory investment.
- Manage inventory performance, including stock health, stock cover, inventory turns, and reduction of excess and obsolete stock.
- Support new product launches, seasonal peaks and promotional activities through effective demand and supply planning.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly S&OP processes by preparing reporting, highlighting risks, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasts with retailer demand plans and business priorities.
- Produce and analyse key planning KPIs while driving continuous process improvements.
