Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary and travel management.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritise communications, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Support the CEO with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, having worked for a large company at C-Suite level.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
