They are a well known brand. They have a fantastic office and culture. There are circa 200 based in London and it is a friendly and professional place to work. You will work alongside a CEO who really values staff, gets to know everyone and is a real investor in people.

Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary and travel management.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritise communications, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Support the CEO with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.

Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, having worked for a large company at C-Suite level.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
