Job Description
- Salary of £72,000 - £80,000

The Successful Applicant
- Significant leadership experience within funding, data, MIS or business intelligence functions.
- Strong knowledge of FE and/or HE funding methodologies and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing audits, regulatory returns and complex reporting environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proven track record of delivering strategic change and organisational improvement through data and insight.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience leading teams and driving performance within a large and complex organisation.
- A collaborative, innovative and commercially aware approach, combined with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.
