Job Description: The role governs planning and procurement deliverables (shortage management, supplier enablement, ERP/MRP integrity, ECR/ECO impacts), controls risk and assures readiness through industrial gates - to protect customer commitments and financial forecasts. Acts as the primary supply-chain voice at programme reviews and senior forums, presenting performance, risks, and recovery with clear decision asks.

The Successful Applicant:
- 5-8 years' experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or programme management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to manage shortages, supplier risks, and procurement deliverables in a programme context.
- Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers.
- Strong analytical and financial awareness (budget, alignment, costs monitoring).
- Proven use of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel/BI capability.
- Experience with Lean/CI, One Safran, or Industry 4.0 practices.
- Strong leadership presence; able to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.
- Highly organised, able to balance tactical execution with strategic oversight.
- Analytical data-driven, and financially literate.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Resilient and adaptable in managing complex, fast paced programmes.
