As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to place an order with the business.You will be handing a range of queries providing excellent product knowledge supporting with quotations and taking orders alongside processing on the system.The role will be supporting customers throughout their order journey from start to finish and will work closely with other members of the business to ensure a seamless experience.If you are extremely customer centric thrive in busy environments and passionate about providing excellent client care we would love to hear from you!
