Job Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be supporting existing customers with a range of queries regarding their products and services. The role will be mainly telephone based and will be ensuring service level agreements are met and a high standard of customer care. You will be updating customers' details and data accordingly, chasing up required documentation, and handling any complex issues or complaints.   • Ideally some previous customer service experience; however, the business can be open and will consider transferable skills and candidates that have worked in retail or hospitality.
  • A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
