Job Description
- Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with auditors as required.
- Manage cash flow, cost controls, and financial risk assessments.
- Supervise and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
