Job Description
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Work closely with clients to gather information and address queries.
- Identify and resolve audit-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members during audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of audit processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in leading audit assignments within the professional services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
