Job Description
We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Associate to join a leading corporate team in Guildford. You will advise a diverse client base—from FTSE 100 companies to high-growth ventures—on a broad range of matters including:
- Mid-market M&A (buy and sell side)
- Private equity and venture capital deals
- Corporate restructurings and rationalisations
- Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
- General corporate advisory work
- Cross-border transactions and inward investment
- Share incentives (in collaboration with employment and tax teams)
You will be supported by a full-service team including specialists in tax, employment, pensions, real estate, banking, IP, and regulatory law. The team recently closed 30 deals in 30 days with a combined value of nearly £1bn, showcasing its exceptional transactional capability.
