Job Description Provide practical corporate legal advice to support business decisions and day-to-day activity. Review and draft corporate documents to help maintain clear and accurate records. Work with colleagues across the business to understand legal requirements and provide timely guidance. Support corporate transactions and related documentation through the agreed legal process. Identify legal considerations in proposed business activity and explain them in clear terms. Manage legal documents and information to ensure they are organised and accessible. Coordinate with external legal advisers where required to progress corporate matters. The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Counsel should have: Experience providing corporate legal advice in a commercial setting. Ability to draft, review and negotiate corporate legal documentation. Knowledge of corporate transactions and associated legal processes. Ability to explain legal issues clearly to non-legal colleagues. Experience working with a range of internal stakeholders on legal matters. Strong document management skills and attention to detail.
