Job Description
- Processing purchase invoices and managing the purchase ledger
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations and payment runs
- Raising sales invoices and supporting the sales ledger where required
- Bank reconciliations and cash posting
- Supporting monthly closing activities
- Assisting with expense processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
- Month-end duties
The Successful Applicant
- Immediately available or short notice periods
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Comfortable working with high volumes of transactional data
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues
- Part-qualified AAT or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
