Job Description

The role of Contract Administrator is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and compliance of all contractual agreements, supporting the business to meeting objectives and build ongoing positive relationships with stakeholders and clientsKey Responsibilities:

  • Contract Preparation and Negotiation Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including sales, purchase, and service agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit for all parties involved.
  • Compliance and Risk Management Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to protect the organisation\’s interests.
  • Record Maintenance Maintain accurate and organised records of all contracts and related documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Cross Department Collaboration Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment and adherence to contract terms and organisational policies.
  • Dispute Resolution address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise, liaising with relevant stakeholders to achieve amicable solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Assist in the development and refinement of contract management processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
