Job Description
- Ensure technical plans are delivered utilising CAD.
- Contract compliance and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure service delivery.
- Manage and oversee all contractual agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams and operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve favourable terms for the organisation.
- Prepare, review, and approve contract documentation.
- Collaborate with internal operations/teams to align contract delivery.
- Attend client site meetings/site surveys.
- Provide regular reports and updates on contract status to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contract Manager should have:
- Proven experience in contract management with experience in infrastructure or utilities sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools including MS, AutoCAD.
- Clean Driving Licence.
