Job Description
- Lead the development and production of research reports, policy papers and consultation responses to support organisational priorities.
- Monitor political, regulatory and market developments, identifying emerging issues and opportunities for policy engagement.
- Research, analyse and interpret policy issues, stakeholder views and market data to inform campaigns and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, policymakers, regulators and partner organisations.
- Support the delivery of policy campaigns through high-quality written content, presentations, briefings and stakeholder engagement activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Financial services, investment, governance or capital markets experience.
- Demonstratable experience in a policy, public affairs, research or evidence-based advocacy role.
- Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
- Experience producing consultation responses, policy reports, briefings or other thought leadership outputs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work with senior external audiences.
