This role is ideal for an AAT Level 4 professional who is looking for a step up in their career and wanting more exposure to management accounting duties. Those with experience with finance within the not for profit/public sector industry will be highly desirable for this post.

Job Description:

  • Ensure all finance transactions have been processed including sales and purchase invoices.
  • Managing the company cashflow, bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Working closely with new suppliers setting them up on the accounting system and approving payment runs.
  • Identify and monitor income and expenditure and raise invoices as required.
  • Assist in management of company budgets for forecasts.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Producing reports and processing payroll journals.
  • Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register.

The Successful Applicant:

  • AAT Level 4 qualification or qualified by experience to this level with a relevant degree.
  • Thorough understanding of debits and credits.
  • Must have previous experience in using Excel pivot tables, vlookups.
  • Proven ability to work independently and operate at a confident level.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
