Job Description
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (£300k-£500k GRF)
- Ability to grow and develop this portfolio in due course
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm
- Support business development and identify opportunities for service expansion
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Accounts Partner should have:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in client management and team leadership
- Commercially astute with a growth mindset
- Experience in managing a portfolio of a similar size
- Ambition to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm
