Provide comprehensive company secretarial support to the Board and Committees. Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. Prepare and manage board meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation. Maintain statutory records and filings in line with legal obligations. Advise stakeholders on corporate governance best practices. Coordinate with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed. Support the implementation of corporate policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of the Annual Report and related disclosures.
A successful Deputy Company Secretary should have:
