Job Description

Working across a site that uses automated production lines, cooling systems, and large-scale cooking equipment, producing 150+ different food products using modern food-processing technology, as the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and coordinate shift operations to meet production targets within the FMCG sector.
  • Maintain and improve production quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of production schedules.
  • Analyse production data to track performance and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on shift performance and productivity.
