Job Description

  • Governance Operations
    • Prepare and coordinate board and committee papers
    • Develop agendas, capture accurate minutes, and track actions
    • Maintain consistent governance processes and documentation
    • Support effective decision‑making across procurement leadership forums
  • Supplier Compliance
    • Lead supplier due‑diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring
    • Conduct ESG checks and track mandatory supplier requirements
    • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supplier data across the lifecycle
    • Strengthen supplier assurance processes across procurement
  • Policy & Change
    • Maintain procurement policies, procedures, Terms of Reference and templates
    • Update controls and documentation in line with best practice
    • Support the function to adopt and embed procedural or policy changes
    • Champion consistency and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Procurement Improvement Manager should have:
