Job Description
- Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Act as Employers Agent on various schemes, ensuring compliance with the JCT form of contract.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and progress updates.
- Support project planning, budget management, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and review project documentation and reports.
- Ensure projects adhere to required standards and timelines.
- Contribute to the delivery of public sector, education, residential, and student accommodation projects.
- Provide guidance on construction delivery and technical aspects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager / Employers Agent should have:
- Experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of the JCT form of contract and Employers Agent duties.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as MAPM or MCIOB (or working towards them).
- Familiarity with public sector, education, residential, or student accommodation projects.
