Job Description
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Produce current and future state process maps.
Document functional and non-functional requirements.
Support business process improvement and transformation activities.
Work closely with clinical, operational and project teams.
Ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
Assist with change, transformation and service improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
Proven Business Analysis experience within healthcare environments.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and conducting business analysis activities.
Expertise in process mapping and business process improvement.
Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience supporting digital, transformation or service improvement programmes.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience within mental health services or Mental Health Trusts is desirable.
