Based in Bristol, this is a highly regarded and leading chartered accountancy firm with a successful, growing and busy Trusts and Estates team acting for a wide spectrum of trustees, executors and beneficiaries, managing over 600 trusts and providing support across the full spectrum of estate and succession matters. The firm provides a quality compliance service, along with delivering on wide ranging planning work. There will be opportunity to develop technically, working closely with partners and management team offering the chance to progress in your career. Job Description
Joining as a Trusts and Estates Semi Senior based from the firms Bristol offices you will deliver annual accounts & tax returns as well as increasing involvement in tax planning work in areas such as inheritance tax planning. Managing a portfolio of trusts and/or estates, ensuring accurate and timely administration. Supporting junior members of the team. Preparing trust and estate accounts, income tax returns, inheritance tax forms and related calculations. Supporting executors with estate administration and probate requirements. Liaising with trustees, beneficiaries, solicitors and investment managers. Assisting senior colleagues with succession and estate planning projects. Providing clear, practical guidance to clients in a professional and empathetic manner. You will build relationships with clients and the role and firm provides an opportunity for you to develop in your accounts and tax career within this specialist field.
The Successful Applicant
You may be studying ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA etc and will have either developed your career within the trust and estates service line or bring a focused personal tax career within accountancy practice, or more mixed all around general practice, accounts and tax career and be interested in diversifying and moving into this client service line. Your experience will have been developed within in an accountancy firm of any size and you will be looking to progress and develop in your career within a growing, leading chartered firm.

£27,000 - £35,000 + dependent on experience and background, negotiable with benefits.
