Job Description
As a Business Services Director/Partner based in the Bristol offices, you will have the potential to carve a lead office role and career path within this successful firm. You will manage a varied industry portfolio focused on limited companies, OMBs, and SMEs, with clients up to the audit threshold in turnover, overseeing the delivery of compliance and advisory accounts, tax, and wider associated service provision. Your main remit will be to grow and develop the accounts/tax and associated business services lines through leading business development and hiring and growing your team. This role offers a superb opportunity for the right professional looking for an office lead role, working alongside the wider leadership team with a clear progression path.
The Successful Applicant
For this Business Services Director/Partner role, you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with a career background developed within UK accountancy practice, possessing skills across any mix of audit, accounts, tax, or general accountancy practice service delivery. Your career should have been developed within a UK accountancy practice environment of any size, from small independent firms to Top Tier firms. You will have progressed to Director/Partner levels and be seeking a challenging new opportunity where you can grow and develop an office.
